The Lifeforce Development Institute
LDI is designed to meet the needs of job seekers, employees, and employers and is a 12-week hands-on learning program.
Classes are now back in-person, but LDI offers online learning for certain circumstances. The program covers Job/Career Readiness Skills and meeting the community’s workforce goals.
The expected outcome of the LDI graduates includes employment, a certificate of Workforce readiness, a professional development mentor, and continuous educational training. The enrollment process is simple; apply, interview for the program, and sign a participation agreement.
